The ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification qualifies professionals to plan, conduct, and manage Quality Management System (QMS) audits in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and ISO 19011 auditing guidelines.

It empowers auditors to assess an organization’s quality processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continual improvement.

Purpose:

To build the skills needed to:
